WHIMSEY-IN-THE-VALE VILLAGE 1993

Wade created Whimsey-in-the Vale Village by giving ten of the buildings from Whimsey-on-Why an updated look for the '90's.....different decorations and with the added feature of village residents appearing on the transfers.  Unlike some of the earlier villages, Whimsey-in-the Vale buildings were not individually numbered.
